Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pinetrader LLC. Pinetrader LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By creating an account, using Pinetrader Core, Visual Strategy Builder, or any part of the Service, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Users acknowledge that Pinetrader is not liable for losses, trading opportunities foregone, system errors, or any downtime. Pinetrader does not compensate or insure such losses.
Pinetrader relies on third-party platforms, including but not limited to cloud infrastructure providers, brokers chosen by the user/client, MetaTrader, and TradingView, to provide its services. Pinetrader is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or limitations resulting from these platforms.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfers. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Pinetrader collects user data including strategy parameters and trading activity to facilitate service functionality and improve user experience. By using Pinetrader, you consent to the collection and use of this data. All data collected is stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and billing information. Subscription fees are billed automatically based on the subscription plan selected.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Pinetrader does not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of the Service.
When you sign up for our services, we may capture your device ID to address potential trial abuse. The device ID will be stored securely and used solely for this purpose.
Pinetrader LLC will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, government actions, or service interruptions from third-party platforms.
We are not responsible if the information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Any use of the information on this site is at your own risk.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under United States law.

You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting support. We delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe.
New users receive a 7-day free trial.
You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Because Pinetrader is a software service with immediate access, refunds are generally not provided after the billing date unless required by law.
We may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of:

Canceling stops future charges but does not refund previous payments.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each period. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time from your account Dashboard.
When you cancel your subscription:
New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Additional MT5 license keys purchased separately can be canceled at any time. The license key will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions.
